LaCesha serves a dual role for the TRC providing Computer Support to staff and also assisting in various Instructional Technology projects. She is responsible for handling hardware and software issues for TRC staff as well as maintaining the Development Lab. As part of her role as an Instructional Technologist LaCesha assists OTL staff in various projects and training as well as creating training modules and assisting with Staff Training & Development to develop online training modules for Library staff.

LaCesha received her BS in Management Information Systems and a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology focusing on Interactive Technologies from Wayne State University.
