As OTL’s Associate Director, some of Kristi’s duties include, developing and implementing OTL programming, facilitating workshops, and conducting classroom observations and focus groups. Kristi holds a masters degree in Instructional Design and is currently pursuing her doctorate in the same area. She has also completed Ph.D. coursework in I/O Psychology. Her interests include active learning, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), and effectively integrating technology into the classroom. Before the OTL, Kristi taught Psychology courses and worked as an Organizational Development consultant. Kristi is always searching for new ways to engage and energize faculty about teaching.
