C&IT Help Desks

C&IT has located two experienced Help Desk Analysts -- Coco Ware and Boe Esan -- in the TRC to provide administrative and advanced technical support to faculty using the university's enterprise-wide academic technology applications.

Certified by HDI as Support Center Analysts and by Blackboard, Inc. as Blackboard GUI Administrators, they are prepared to assist faculty with Blackboard, Wimba Live Classroom, Respondus, Respondus Lockdown Browser, e-Portfolios and more.

Serving as our Blackboard Support Team, Coco and Boe also lead drop-in workshops for students on Blackboard Basics and Blackboard e-Portfolios, and are available to demonstrate the supported applications.

The C&IT Help Desk, located in the Student Center Building, supports faculty and students with routine computing and application questions.
