What is the Walk-In Help Desk? C&IT's Walk-In Help Desk is conveniently located in the TRC to support faculty in the use of university-wide applications. What we can do for you: Our two Help Desk Analysts -- Coco Ware and Boe Esan -- support faculty in the use of Blackboard, Pipeline, Email, AccessIds and Passwords, Wimba, and Respondus Lockdown Browser. They can also provide information about free and discounted software from the Software Clearinghouse.
